About Us

Aspri Associates Myanmar Co. Limited is a subsidiary of Aspri Associates (S) Pte. Ltd. which is an established external accounting firm in Singapore. As an Accredited Training Organisation, Aspri Associates is authorised by the Singapore Accountancy Commission to train and develop candidates towards the attainment of the Chartered Accountant of Singapore designation through the Singapore CA Qualification.

Aspri Associates Myanmar is Singapore-managed by an experienced team of Singaporeans and Myanmese senior personnel. For cross-border company administration and overseas incorporation services, Aspri Associates is supported by our group corporate services firm, PB Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., an ACRA-Registered Filing Agent in Singapore.

Our Management Team

Our Myanmar Company Directors, Ms Low Liy Huang (Singapore Chartered Accountant, MBA Cranfield UK) and Ms. Ohnmar Win (Bachelor of Science), have over 50 years of combined financial management, accountancy, auditing and tax reporting experience, and 10 years’ collaborative experience in managing Aspri Singapore’s business and clients.



Low Liy Huang

CEO

A true entrepreneur and an inspirational leader, Liy Huang is a Director of Aspri Associates Myanmar Co. Limited, as well as the founding director of our group of Singapore corporate services companies, which provide accounting, tax, company incorporation, corporate secretarial, and immigration and HR services.

Before venturing out on her own, Liy Huang began her career as an auditor in the UK, returning to South East Asia to take on regional financial controller roles.

Respected as someone ‘who knows her stuff’, Liy Huang is sought out for advice by business owners who value her input. In the past, she also taught as a part time lecturer at the Singapore Accountancy Academy (n.k.a SAA-Global Education) and for the National University of Singapore’s extracurricular programs.

With an enterprising and altruistic spirit, Liy Huang invests a lot of her personal time and resources into developing the capabilities and confidence of her employees, providing them with valuable life skills for professional and personal advancement.



Ohnmar Win

Head – Accounting and Tax Services

Ohnmar is a Director of Aspri Associates Myanmar Co. Limited, Myanmar and holds the dual role of Group Finance Manager and External Accounting Manager at our Singapore office.

Ohnmar is responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of international accounting and taxation clients. Technically proficient and a patient mentor, Ohnmar is in charge of training and supervising our new accounting recruits in both Singapore and Myanmar.

Ohnmar is known for her perseverance, honesty, and her continued quest for technical improvement. Keeping herself updated in the latest financial reporting practices and qualifications, Ohnmar is currently pursuing her CA Singapore qualification – while putting in long hours to master her craft – and is on track to become a Singapore Chartered Accountant.



Fredy Tjendana

Head – International Business Services

Fredy is our Manager of International Business for both our Myanmar and Singapore offices (under PB Corporate Services). Fredy is keen to provide our Myanmar-based clients with the same international company and administration services offered in Singapore – who want to be closer to their client base or trading ports, or who require a new vehicle for special projects or asset protection.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Iowa University, US), a STEP Graduate Diploma in International Trust Management, and 10 years’ experience with our group in company incorporation, compliance, and corporate secretarial practice, Fredy is suitably experienced to help you set up a Singapore, Hong Kong, or overseas trust company or foundation.

Fredy is well-liked by his clients for his calm and patient “can do” demeanor, and for promptly responding to their enquiries and needs.
